This registration page is for businesses, organizations, nonprofits and community partners interested in vendor opportunities and sponsorship opportunities for the summit.

The Empowered Living Summit brings together seniors, caregivers, industry professionals, and local organizations for a day focused on education, resources, support, and meaningful community connections.

Topics will include aging in place, dementia and Alzheimer’s support, legal planning, caregiver resources, senior living options, and more.

IMPORTANT: Vendors must select the industry category that best fits their business during registration. Vendor opportunities are limited to 3 vendors per industry category and are available on a first come, first served basis.
